Lead flow from organic content
Our consumer websites publish guides for Seattle-area and Eastside buyers: first-time buyer programs, the buying process, neighborhoods, condos, townhomes, and relocation. People find them through search engines, read them, and then ask for a free buyer consult or a custom home search. These inquiries tend to come from buyers who are already learning about the process, which makes for better first conversations.
We don't rely on pay-per-click advertising. Content takes longer to build but keeps working, and team members can contribute ideas and articles that grow the pipeline over time. How inquiries are shared and what's expected when you work one are topics we walk through on a first call.
Training and coaching
Learning focuses on how we work with buyers from the first call to closing: consultations, Washington buyer agreements, search setup, touring, offer strategy, negotiating inspections, and coordinating with lenders and escrow. Coaching happens on real deals, so you learn on live situations with backup. What that looks like for you depends on your experience, and it's one of the topics on our first call.
- Buyer consultation and needs analysis
- Buyer brokerage agreements and explaining compensation clearly
- Offer preparation and competitive-offer strategy
- First-time buyer programs and working with participating lenders
- Fair housing, advertising rules, and compliance habits
Transaction support and systems
The team uses shared systems and templates so every client gets a consistent experience: consult outlines, search setups, offer checklists, and timeline tracking from mutual acceptance to closing. We'll walk through the tools and how you'd get comfortable with them on a first call.
Team culture
We share what we learn: what's happening in offers, which lenders are responsive, how a tricky inspection was handled. Questions are welcome, and nobody has to figure out a hard negotiation alone. We hold ourselves to high standards on honesty, communication, and fair treatment of every client.
McConnell Group brokerage
In Washington, every broker is licensed to one firm at a time and supervised by a designated or managing broker. Team members affiliate with McConnell Group, which provides the licensing home, supervision, and compliance structure for the team. We'll cover how that relationship works, including your questions about independent-contractor status, on a first call.
Room to grow
Starting on a buyer team is a way to build skills and a track record. Over time, many agents want to take on more: their own clients, mentoring newer agents, or leading parts of the team. We'll talk openly about your goals on a first call.
What to expect to discuss on our first call
Compensation, leads, support, and fit all depend on your experience and goals, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all terms. Instead, we walk through each of these topics together, confidentially, on a first call.
